How do I add a new property to OmniFix?

Navigate to the Properties section in the admin portal and click 'Add Property'. Fill in the address details and assign it to the relevant owner or tenant.

Can contractors access the system without an admin account?

Yes. Contractors receive a dedicated portal access link with limited permissions. They can view assigned jobs, update statuses, and submit completion notes.

How are maintenance requests assigned to contractors?

Admins can manually assign requests from the dashboard, or configure rule-based auto-assignment based on trade type, location, or availability.

What file formats are supported for attachments?

OmniFix supports JPEG, PNG, PDF, and HEIC file formats for maintenance request attachments, with a 20 MB per-file limit.

Can I export maintenance history as a report?

Yes. Navigate to Reports in the admin portal and select the date range and property. Reports can be exported as branded PDFs.

How do I reset a tenant or contractor's password?

From the user management section, find the account and click 'Send Password Reset'. The user will receive an email with a secure reset link.
