1. Introduction

OmniFix Pty Ltd("we", "us", or "OmniFix") is committed to protecting your personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  • Your organisation — administrators within your OmniFix account can access data associated with their tenancy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) AWS region (ap-southeast-2). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (anonymous) to understand how users interact with the platform. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features of the Services may not function correctly.

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our sign-up form, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
